Order and Payment

- A reservation fee of 10,000 THB per unit is required, payable via bank transfer or credit card. A contract must be signed within 15 days after the reservation.
- Payment will be made in installments, with details specified in the contract documents, which will be provided for review prior to signing.
On-site Installation
- Delivery to the site is included for locations within Bangkok and the surrounding metropolitan area. (Additional charges apply for upcountry and remote areas.)
- Foundation piling work and wastewater treatment tank installation are not included in the standard cost but can be provided as additional services with extra charges.
Warrantee Service
- The structure is covered by a 5-year warranty, and architectural works are covered by a 1-year warranty, following the same standards as conventional building construction.
